Seta has policies and standards which set out our commitment, responsibilities and approach in areas including health and safety, equality and diversity, safeguarding and anti-bullying. 

Data Protection Policy

Seta needs to collect and use certain types of information about its customers and other individuals who come into contact with the company. This personal information must be dealt with properly however it is collected, recorded and used, whether this be on paper, on a computer, or recorded on other material. There are safeguards to ensure proper storage and use provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. Seta aims to be fully compliant with these regulations. Staff Malpractice Policy

Malpractice consists of those acts which undermine the integrity and validity of assessment of qualifications, the certification of qualifications and/or damage the authority of those responsible for conducting the assessment and certification. Quality Policy

Seta recognises the importance that the quality of our service has to the future of our business. Supply Chain Fees and Charges Policy

As an ESFA Prime Provider Seta must publish a supply-chain fees and charges policy on our website before entering into any Sub-Contract Agreements for the 2021/2022 academic year. Seta's policy statement details how we will apply fees and charges to Sub-Contract Agreements with organisations for the delivery of training on the Company’s behalf for 2021/22 and is published in line with ESFA requirements stated in Funding Rules 2021/22. Health and Safety Policy

Seta regards health and safety as being a major management concern. The Company accepts the final responsibility for ensuring that the necessary arrangements exist to provide, as far as is reasonably practicable, the safest and healthiest working conditions possible for all our employees, learners using the Centre and for others who may be affected by our work activities. Anti-bullying Policy

Child Protection Policy

Seta aims to ensure that any students and young people are protected and kept safe from harm while they are with staff or volunteers in this organisation. In order to achieve this, we will ensure our staff and volunteers are carefully selected, screened, trained and supervised.
